The Bystander Effect | Bully Brave & AMA
Time certainly flies when your doing what you love. We cannot believe that it’s been about 4-5 months since we first shot the Brave Series for Chapter 1. Suddenly, Chapter 2 has come and gone this past month and filming it was just as exhilarating as the first experience.
Once again, it is such an honour to associate with organizations such as Bully Brave & AMA. They strive to better the community and society we live in by providing these anti-bullying tools that help kids all over. And when I say all over, it’s not just providing these tools to those within our backyard; such as Toronto. No, they are looking at a bigger picture. They are looking at an international scale which can enrich the lives of all whom follow the counsel given within the video series.
In Chapter 2, the bystander effect really lives up to it’s name. If you were a witness to a bully situation at some point in your life, you have been involved in one way or another by becoming a bystander. The series we just filmed gives a clear vision of reflecting and power. Reflecting because it highlights various situations in which you could potentially relate to. And power because your voice and actions can really make a difference by preventing further bullying from happening.
We have to hand it to our actors. Kevin Cyr has done it again by casting some of the bravest, disciplined and talented set of actors we have had the pleasure working with. On this round, Carrie Percival also outdid herself as she flew through her monologue. These guys are all about skill, hard work and dedication to the tasks at hand.
Our hats off to the talent & crew at Bully Brave and AMA for an outstanding job. We can’t wait to see the final product.
