Target Audience? What’s That? How to Make More Impactful YouTube Videos
The key to creating tactful YouTube videos is to give the people what they want! By now you should have done extensive research and analysis about who your primary and secondary target audiences are. You should know them inside and out, who they are, their likes and dislikes, and ultimately, what they come on the Internet for. Once you’ve figured this out, you can start to draft ideas for your online videos based on the things they want to hear about. Here are a few tips to get you started in increasing online traffic to your business and reaching your identified target audience.
Identify your target audience if you haven’t already and figure out what they want to hear about. Remember, this might not necessarily be ALL about the product or service you have to offer. For example, if you’re selling personal training sessions, your audience would benefit and most definitely want to hear about weight loss tips, how to stay fit or even about your compelling weight loss journey (If you have one). If you can successfully identify topics they want to hear about AND deliver the content to them in an attractive way, they’ll keep coming back for more. Now, all of them may not necessarily purchase the services you have to offer, but you’ll be able to build a strong following if you offer something they have a vested interest in and they’ll keep coming back for more, leaving the door open for potential to sell in the future.
Now why do this through video? Why not just write a blog post or send out a Twitter blast?
